Returns

It is our goal for every consumer to feel satisfied with their choice of product in their outdoor or indoor space. If the item is not as expected or does not match or fit your space, the option will be to return the item within 15 days of ship date and getting a full refund, or, replacing it with item of equal value. All shipping and handling fees will be paid by the customer.

Damaged or Defective Items

If the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect there will be an option of a full refund, or, a replacement item of equal value. The initial item will be returned. Self-inflicted damage is not refundable. Beaver Dam will approve whether complete item or only part(s) will be required to complete fix issue. Follow warranty process. Photos are needed to clarify issues.
